The details on our Sunday morning gatherings

On Sundays, the whole Soma family in and around Tacoma gathers together.  Some folks meet at 9am and the rest at 11:15am.  These gatherings are made up of several Expressions of the church which in turn are each made up of several Missional Communities. 

We don't go to church. We are the church.

For us, the Missional Community is the primary way we live out our identity as the church in the everyday rhythms of life. At our Sunday gatherings we celebrate, share stories and are exhorted to keep being who we are in Jesus.

We meet in a converted warehouse in the old brewery district of downtown Tacoma, at the corner of Commerce and 24th.  We like to think of that space as our giant living room.

How about the kids?

You're welcome to keep your kids with you or let them learn with and get to know our other Soma kids.  We have classes for children birth - 5th Grade during both gatherings and a middle school class during the 11:15 gathering. Learn more about Soma Kids...
